About Us
Built on Hard Work. Backed by Experience.
AP Construction has been delivering quality concrete work across the Greater Toronto Area for over 15 years.
Our Story
From One Crew to the GTA's Trusted Concrete Contractor
AP Construction started with a single crew and a commitment to doing the job right — no shortcuts, no excuses. What began as small residential driveways in North York has grown into one of the GTA's most trusted concrete contractors, with hundreds of completed projects across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, and beyond.
We're a family-run business. Every project is managed hands-on by our principals, and every pour is backed by 15+ years of field experience. We don't subcontract our core work — the crew you meet on day one is the crew that finishes your project.
Our reputation is built on showing up on time, communicating clearly, and leaving every site cleaner than we found it. That's not a slogan — it's how we've earned referrals from homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients year after year.
How We Work
What Sets Us Apart
No Subcontracting
Our own trained crew handles every pour. You get consistent quality and a single point of accountability from start to finish.
Honest Estimates
We give you a detailed, itemized quote upfront. No surprise charges, no scope creep — what we quote is what you pay.
Clean Job Sites
We respect your property. Every site is cleaned up at the end of each day and fully cleared on project completion.
On-Time Delivery
Concrete work is weather-dependent, but we plan ahead. We communicate any delays immediately and keep your project on schedule.
Quality Materials
We use commercial-grade concrete mixes and proven reinforcement methods — the same standards we'd use on our own homes.
GTA Expertise
We know the soil conditions, frost lines, and permit requirements across the GTA. Local knowledge means fewer surprises.
